IFDW refund policy

At IFDW we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not happy, we're not happy.

If you're not happy with your order, we'll do our best to make it right. Contact customer service within 30 days of your purchase and we'll walk you through our return process.

We understand that there may be situations where you would like to request a refund for your purchases. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while taking into account the specific requirements of our products.

Terms for SIBO Breath Test, GI Map Test, Fructose and Lactose Test

Full refund before shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to initiate the process.

Partial refund after shipment: Once your order is on its way, a $60.00 materials charge will apply to any refunds as we deal with medical supplies that, for hygiene and legal reasons, cannot be repurposed. After 90 days, a 50% refund is available on the complete order until 180 days from the purchase date. No refunds are offered after 180 days from the purchase date on the complete order (including result consultation).

No refunds after evaluation: If you have already returned the test, the test has been evaluated by the lab and/or the result has been sent to you, a refund is not possible.

Terms for e-books, diet and action plans

The cost of purchasing e-books is excluded from refunds because the service has been fully provided with the delivery of the product.

Terms for expert consultations and Virtual Clinic

The cost of consulting services already provided is not eligible for reimbursement.

Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact customer service at service [at] ifdw [dot] org. We will process your request as soon as possible. Please include the following information with each return Customer name and address, order number, and the reason(s) for the return.

 Please note that unauthorized returns may be

- Returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

- Destroyed at the discretion of IFDW or our lab partner.

- Be subject to additional charges with no refund to the customer.

Final provisions

This refund policy is an integral part of the IFDW Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you agree to this IFDW refund policy.

Product returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions. In rare circumstances, IFDW may review a customer's account, purchase and return history and has the right to refuse service and/or prevent a customer from placing future orders with IFDW.
